Further to the last email, the competition table attached was for the Junior events only.  The senior event competition details have now been received.  Please find this attached.

Note, you can also log in to your Gymnasts gym account via our website to update their or your personal information.  If you don't know your log in details, please contact Connie at spiralzsecretary@gmail.com and I will get the details emailed to you.
