Reminder about kindness to others

It's always important to remind ourselves of our own values and others values and differences.  These differences should be celebrated and respected and demonstrated in the kind way we interact with others.  Spiralz has its own Spiralz code of conduct that the gymnasts created as a group, which is a great exercise and a very important one.  Gymnastics New Zealand also has a code for this.  Please see the below link if you would like to review further.
